Important Information & House Rules
- Address: Is at our confirmation email. All apartments are in regular residential buildings.
- Quiet Hours: Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Smoking: All indoor areas are strictly smoke-free.
- Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up until 5 days prior arrival (non refundable rate cannot be cancelled)
- Children & Pets: Families are welcome; pets must be requested in advance.
- Check-in/Out: Standard check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early/late options available upon request.
- Luggage: Storage available on arrival and departure dates for 1.5/1.0 EUR per lugguage fee. Please contact us in advance for availability.
- Cleaning: Professional cleaning provided before every stay; mid-stay service available on request.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Check-in (3 PM)
Welcome to Budapest! Your apartment will be ready from 3:00 PM. We use a secure keyless entry system for your convenience. Navigation information (photos, videos, codes) will be sent on the day of your arrival
Check-out (10 AM)
Check-out time is anytime but no later than 10:00 AM. This allows our team to prepare the apartment for the next arriving guests to our high standards.
Early/Late Options
Subject to availability and a small fee, we offer flexible timing options. Early checkin (1pm) is 15EUR. Late checkout (12pm) is 20EUR.

Document Collection
In compliance with EU laws (https://vizainfo.hu/en/), guest identity documents must be scanned digitally prior to entry via our online portal. Information is not stored at us.
Luggage Storage
Secure luggage storage is available at our main office for a small daily fee. Contact us for the exact access code.
Price = 1.5 EUR per lugguage per hour. From the 5th hr = 1 EUR per lugguage.
Invoice
Invoice is always issued. If you wish to have the invoice to another name, please contact us in advance. After departure we cannot modify the invoicing details.
Parking Information
We do not have private parking. Street parking is available at all apartments. You can pay up to 3 hours maximum at all places, payable usually between 8am and 8pm and free on weekends and public holidays. Fee is zone based. Most apartments are in busy area where spaces are very limited. Please very carefully check the road signs to avoid parking in restricted zones!

Airport Transfer Booking
Arrive in style with our pre-booked transfer service. Professional drivers will meet you at the airport. Standard cars and minivans available for families. Please book at least 2 days in advance via our guest portal. 43 EUR one way / 82 EUR return (minibus 60 EUR / 116 EUR)
Cleaning Frequency
For stays longer than 7 nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning and linen change is included. Additional cleaning services or extra towels can be requested for a surcharge. Our housekeeping team follows strict sanitization protocols.
Luggage Storage
Early arrival or late departure? We offer secure luggage storage at our central hub at Nyugati/Westend (Bajcsy Zsilinszky út 57.). Please contact us for more information.
1-4 hrs = 1.5 EURs per lugguage per hour.
5+ hrs = 1 EUR per lugguage per hour.
